Procedures:
1. To apply, please prepare your passport, one passport size photo and HKID card copy if you have a HKID card.
2. Please make sure your passport must be of 6-month validity.
3. Passport must be collected before 11AM and return at around 5PM.

Remarks:
1. Surcharge applies for some passports, such as the UK and USA.
2. To apply a 6-month mulitiple visa, the passport must contain a Hong Kong working visa / dependent visa with minimum 7-month validity.
3. Name card must be provided if apply for 6-month multiple visa.
4. Free pick up and delivery for Causeway Bay, Wanchai, Central, Admiralty and Sheung Wan areas.
5. Above single and double entries visa are base on "L" type. Can pay an extra HK$100 to change to "F" type visa.
