Full payment of resort package and airfare is required prior to departure. Payment options are:

  1. Cash in Hong Kong dollars only

  2. Current date cheque (HK dollars only).  Payment only honored once the cheque is being cleared.

  3. Visa cards (American Express, Visa or Master), call us for details

  4. Transfer to HSBC 400 513651 838. Swift code: HSBCHKHHHKH

Early reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment. Generally speaking, we can hold the seats on Cathay Pacific, Philippines Airlines and Hong Kong Express for 3 days or more if the departure date is beyond one month at time of booking.

No deposit is required to hold air seats.  Full payment for air tickets must be settled on or before the ticket deadline date which we will mention once tickets are confirmed. No charge applies if you decide to cancel the seats before tickets are issued.

For Cebu Pacific airlines booking, we can only hold seats for maximum 24 hours.

All tickets are non-refundable once they are issued.  Nevertheless, if the tickets you purchase are based on full fare value (e.g. HK$3140+tax for roundtrip economy class HK – Manial – HK), they are refundable but subject to cancellation fee which is around HK$350 per ticket.

For HK – Manila – HK routing, most airlines allow change date after tickets are issued but usually with a rebooking fee. What’s more, there will be fare difference if the original fare is not available on the new travel dates and it requires to book a higher fare. 

Above all, the tickets must also adhere to the original tickets restrictions such as validity and seasonality of travel

Reservation Policies

  1. Minimum 2 nights stay shall be required to confirm a booking. This can apply to split stay between Miniloc and Lagen Island Resorts. Overnight bookings shall be accepted on case basis and only if roundtrip flights via Island Transvoyager Inc. correspond to resort stay.

  2. Minimum 3 nights stay shall be required for peak of peak bookings, and no check-out on Saturdays if peak of peak period falls on a weekend. Please refer to Reservations for exact peak of peak dates.

Standard Booking Procedure

  1. Individual booking orders should be sent by email or booking form on this website with complete details pertaining to the booking. We will acknowledge by return email with details of confirmation and option date to finalize booking.

  2. Full payment is required to finalize the booking. If payment is not received by option date, the reservation will be automatically released without penalty and without prior notice.

  3. Revisions should be emailed with reference to details of previous confirmation. A revised confirmation will be sent back by email. Rebooking fee of HK$50 per person shall be applied for any changes made after the Room Reservation Confirmation Voucher (RRCV) or Flight Voucher has been issued/released. Re-booking of rooms and flights will apply within a year from original departure date. Total tour cost shall be subject to adjustments based on prevailing rates during the new tour dates.

  4. Once full payment is received on the option date given, travel documents will be issued and released.

    Bookings cancelled at least 3 days prior to departure date will be charged HK$150 cancellation fee per person if with issued documents; otherwise, no cancellation charge.

    25% of package and airfare per person to be charged if cancelled 1-2 days prior to departure date.

    No refund on airfare and 1-night charge per person for same-day cancellation. Forfeiture of total payment for no-shows.

    For bookings received 8-14 days
    prior to departure date

    Bookings cancelled at least 1 days prior to departure date will be charged HK$150 cancellation fee per person if with issued documents; otherwise, no cancellation charge.

    No refund on airfare and 1-night charge per person for same-day cancellation. Forfeiture of total payment for no-shows.

    For bookings received 1 week or less prior to departure date

Room Conditions

  1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm; Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested from the Front Office, subject to availability.
  2. Guests extending stay beyond original reservation indicated in the booking order shall be charged prevailing published rates at the resort, non-commissionable to agent.


Flight Conditions

For Cathay Pacific, Philippines Airlines and Hong Kong Express baggage allowance
Guests are entitled to 20kg of checkin luggage per person.

For Cebu Pacific baggage allowance is 15kg per person. Prepaid excess baggage options is available too.

For Island Trans-voyager Inc (ITI) baggage allowance:

  1. Guests are entitled to only 10kg of luggage including hand carry. Excess Luggage will be charged PHP70/kg. Inclusive of VAT, and loading is subject to space availability and aircraft load capacity.
  2. Luggage may be off loaded in the event of aircraft overloading but will be brought to the resort via the next available f light.
  3. Check-in counter at ITI closes 15-minutes prior to departure. Gate at EI Nido Airport closes 30-minutes prior to departure. Guests arriving after this cut-off may no longer be allowed entry at the gates.

Force Majeure (for Island Trans-voyager ITI only)

In case of fortuitous events or any condition beyond our control, EI Nido Resorts and Island Trans-voyager shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services some of which may result in missed international connections. In-house guests who have to extend their stay at the resort because of a cancelled Island Trans-voyager flight will be extended complimentary accommodations available. Meals will be charged at full rate. Priority passengers for the next flight out will be those with connecting flights.
